Monika Järg

Monika Järg is a designer at the Tekstiil Ruumis studio. In addition to textiles, she notes wood and plywood as important materials – she has embroidered wooden clocks and large-sized embroidered wall panels inspired by the airy lace surfaces of the Haapsalu shawl. In her work, Monika Järg also pays great attention to various novel textile solutions, the best known of which are her felted silencing wall panels and room-dividers.
