How to use: Apply the mask onto damp skin. Moisten the skin before application. Leave on for 10-20 minutes or massage the skin for 1-3 minutes. Don`t let the peat dry on skin! To maximize the thermal process and reduce fatty deposits the mask can be covered with a plastic film. Rinse thoroughly. Slight reddening might occur due to the increase of microcirculation; it fades quickly. Suitable to use in the sauna. Use 1-2 times per week.
