Birch Leaf Soap

Handmade natural soap enriched with leaves picked from Estonian birches. In folk medicine, birch leaves are used to relieve different skin problems. They are said to have skin normalising and wound healing properties. Combined with eucalyptus oil they help to restore the skin’s moisture balance. The scent of the birch leaf soap creates a nostalgic mood of a traditional Estonian sauna.

Nurme soap bars are made from natural ingredients using the cold process method. To achieve the highest quality, we dry soap bars at the right temperature for at least 30 days. During this time, the water originally added evaporates and soaps becomes soapy, harder and longer lasting. The longer the soap bar sits, the more it dries out and loses its weight, becoming like a seasoned Italian cheese, providing a treat for true natural cosmetics gourmets.
