ARRAK PURPLE COMPOSITION 1967 silk scarf is based on artwork of a famous Estonian painter Jüri Arrak – Composition with figures (1967).
“I have realised that when making a painting, the inner need of my subconscious distorts the visible form just as art needs to convey and “describe” some event, phenomenon, state to others, so that it would affect the viewer in a way that cannot be conveyed in words,” says the painter.
